Electrical Sales Engineer
Location: [Dokki, Giza, Egypt ]
Type: Full-Time
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an Electrical Sales Engineer. The Electrical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing technical support, and delivering tailored solutions. This role involves promoting and selling company products within the energy measurement and metering domain, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through pre- and post-sales support. Effective communication and coordination with internal teams to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional service are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge in energy measurement, metering technologies, or related fields is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Willingness to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt

Maintenance And Installation Engineer
Location: [Dokki, Giza, Egypt ]
Type: Full-Time
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ad-Duqqi for a Maintenance and Installation Engineer. The Engineer will be responsible for installing and maintaining equipment, electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Responsibilities include performing diagnostic tests, resolving technical issues, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards in all operational tasks.
You’ll handle everything from the initial setup and calibration to long-term preventative maintenance, ensuring our clients get the absolute best out of their investment.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end installation process of our Products at client sites.
Troubleshoot electronic issues, providing on-site or remote technical support.
Educate customers on product operation, safety protocols, and basic upkeep.
Work closely with our R&D and Engineering teams to report recurring field issues and suggest product improvements.
Qualifications
College Degree in Electrical, or Power Engineering.
Proven experience in electrical service, installation, or technical maintenance.
A fast learner who can master the technical nuances of our specific product line quickly.
Willingness to travel to client sites.
