Advanced Meter Testing & Metrology

Utilizing ZERA’s world-class stationary and portable test benches, we provide: Accuracy Verification: High-precision assessment across classes 0.2 to 0.02. We determine error limits under varied load conditions to guarantee precise billing. No-Load (Creep) & Starting Tests: Verification that meters remain stationary under no-load conditions to prevent false registration, and confirmation of the minimum current required for startup. Influence Quantity Analysis: Evaluating performance under external stressors such as frequency shifts, voltage fluctuations, and phase angle variations. Harmonic Distortion Simulation: Measuring meter response to non-linear loads by simulating harmonics up to the 40th order. Register & Dial Testing: Long-term energy accumulation tests to ensure digital and physical registers match simulated energy dosage.
